Archibald-Bronson basement: 3 of the 6 dryers run but come out damp after a full cycle. People are running things twice and the whole room backs up on Sunday. Who do we even report this to? The app says "working."
Every rack taken, 20 minute waits for a bench. Could there be a first-year hours block or at least a live occupancy counter on the website so we know when to go?
Half the desks on the quiet floors have no working outlet. People bring power strips from home. Feels like an easy fix compared to most stuff on here.
Mail Services at 4pm is a wall of people. Could there be package lockers, or at least more staff in the first month when everyone is ordering stuff?
People reserve and don't show. Could reservations expire after 15 minutes if nobody checks in?
Both on the first floor are taped off. Been like that since move-in.
