Brown-Secure keeps dropping in Emery-Woolley

It's fine in the lounge but in the rooms on the 3rd floor my laptop disconnects every 10-15 minutes. Two other people on my floor have the same issue. Eduroam is worse. Anyone found a fix or should we all file tickets?

Turn off Private Wi-Fi Address in your phone settings for Brown-Secure. Fixed it for me on the 2nd floor.

Trying this tonight, thank you.

Filed a ticket last week, got a bot reply. Not holding my breath.
