What worked well
The only thing I like about Andrews is that you can get free drinks and fruit. And that's not even an official rule, which says a lot. Otherwise, the lines are god-awful (unless you want some 2 day old pizza with no micronutrients, veggies, antioxidants, minerals, etc.) and it's annoyingly loud.
What should change
Man, if it closes at 9, then serve the food until 9! If you want to close at 8:30, fine by me, but post that and shut the doors! None of this informal closure nonsense.
